What will I see from the Ain Dubai?You will be treated to an unmissable, never-seen-before view of the Dubai skyline. On a clear day, you will see from Bluewaters to Dubai Marina and JBR, across to Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and the Burj Khalifa, and over the Arabian Gulf.

How many people will be in my cabin?The maximum capacity of a standard View Cabin is 40 guests, however, currently we are operating on reduced capacity due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Is there air-conditioning in the cabins?Yes, every cabin is fully air-conditioned.

Are there restrooms in the cabins?There are no toilets on board inside the cabins, but there are ample washroom facilities in the Terminal Building. We strongly encourage everyone to use the toilet prior to boarding their cabin.

How tall is the Ain Dubai?From the ground to the top of the tallest cabin, the Ain Dubai tops out at 250 metres, making it the world's tallest observation wheel. It is 82 m taller than the High Roller in Las Vegas.

What went into building Ain Dubai?11,200 tonnes of steel has been used in the construction of Ain Dubai, that’s 33 percent more than the amount of iron used on the Eiffel Tower.

What is an appropriate age to visit?Guest of all age groups are welcome to experience the World’s Tallest Observation Wheel. However, anyone under 16 should be accompanied by an adult who is 21+.

What if I need to use the toilet while on board?
There are no toilets on board, but there are ample washroom facilities in the Terminal Building. We strongly encourage all visitors to use the toilet prior to boarding their cabin.

How long does a trip on Ain Dubai take?One rotation takes approximately 38 minutes, but we advise you to arrive 30 - 60 Minutes prior to your experience to complete the entry process, buy snacks or beverages and visit the toilets before you board - there are no toilets in the cabin. After your experience, extend your stay with a visit to our Seaview Lounge on the first floor or modern bistro cafe on the ground floor.

Can I bring F&B to Ain Dubai?
We are a fully catered attraction, therefore F&B purchased externally or brought from home is not permitted at Ain Dubai. You may take F&B purchased from our lounge or concessions inside the cabins.

I have motion sickness, should I ride Ain Dubai?It is highly unlikely that you will experience motion sickness in the cabin as the wheel moves at walking pace.

Where is Ain Dubai Located?
Ain Dubai is located at Bluewaters in Dubai, opposite Caesar’s Palace Bluewaters Dubai and near to other top-rated Dubai tourist attractions. Visit our Plan Your Visit page for more details. The Ticket Office is located at the base of Ain Dubai, but we highly recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Is there a dress code?
We do not have a dress code; however, please consider wearing respectful clothing in public areas.

Are bags allowed on board?
Yes, small handheld bags and small rucksacks are permitted on board but in the interest of safety large items such as suitcases, large travel rucksacks, large boxes etc. are not permitted.

Do you store luggage?
Ain Dubai has no storage facilities for bags or luggage of any kind. We strongly recommend you do not bring large bags or luggage to Ain Dubai.

Do you have Valet Parking available at Ain Dubai?
We don't have valet parking, however there are several locations at Bluewaters which offer valet parking services.

Is free parking available at Ain Dubai?
Ain Dubai does not have its own carpark; however, Bluewaters has ample parking facilities. Please visit the Bluewaters website for parking information.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities and using wheelchairs?
Yes, Ain Dubai is an accessible venue. We have lifts and ramps that are suitable for use with wheelchairs.

Where can I get F&B at Ain Dubai?F&B is readily available throughout the venue, at concessions, our café and within the Seaview Lounge. You may also wish to order platters and a selection of beverages to be consumed in the cabin. Visit our Social Experiences and Private Cabins packages webpages or ask at check in to find out more.

What public transport is available?
The closest Metro station to Bluewaters is Dubai Marina Tram Station. It's 422 meters away and a 6 minute walk. Or if you wish to travel by bus, these Bus lines stop near Bluewaters: 8, 84, F55A.

Are there prohibited items or behaviours?In the interest of safety and the comfort of fellow passengers restrictions apply to:
- Any weapons or objects with a sharp point or edge capable of causing injury are strictly prohibited
- Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited on the Ain Dubai, except for guide dogs and hearing dogs
- Fireworks
- Smoke bombs
- Flammable liquids
- Illegal substances and/or legal highs are strictly prohibited, and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances and/or legal highs will be refused admission or removed from the Ain Dubai
- Throwing of any items that may cause injury
- Filming for commercial purposes without prior authorisation
- Unnecessary noise, (such as that from the use of radio sets, personal stereos and other electrical equipment), or any behaviour likely to cause annoyance to other visitors or confusion of any kind is not permitted on or in the Ain Dubai Attraction

I am pregnant or have a serious illness, is it safe to enter the cabin?Yes, Ain Dubai is a slow moving, air-conditioned ride experience, similar to a gentle flight. However, if you suffer from any serious medical conditions, or medical conditions relating to your pregnancy please contact our Customer Service Team on guestservices@aindubai.com for further information.

Under what circumstances will Ain Dubai suspend its operations?Guests' health and safety is our first and foremost priority. Under certain weather condition such as sandstorm, rain, heavy wind or if there is a technical malfunction, Ain Dubai will not be operated.

What safety features have been incorporated into each cabin?All cabins are designed to ensure the safety of passengers at all times. Each cabin contains an intercom, fire sensors, and CCTV cameras and is equipped with safety equipment, rescue equipment, fire extinguishers and a defibrillator unit.

What security & safety measures has Ain Dubai adopted?Thermal cameras will be installed at the main entry points, with social distancing measures enforced and all staff will comply with strict hygiene measures and have their temperatures regularly checked. Cleaning and disinfection of the cabins between each guest and overall facility is routine.

Do I have to wear a mask to ride?Masks are required for all guests throughout the Ain Dubai experience, including in the cabin.

Do you clean the interior of the cabins regularly?Each cabin will be thoroughly cleaned before operation, with additional safety precautions taken during the ride.

Are you operating at reduced capacity?Currently our cabins are operating under a reduced capacity with a maximum of 7 guests per cabin or up to 10 guests from the same group.

Do you follow social distancing rules?While in the Ain Dubai complex and the Cabins we request that all guests maintain a 2m distance from those outside their group at all times. When queuing, please stand on the designated sticker on the ground to maintain social distancing. However, we adhere to a 3 metre distancing rule in our Seaview Lounge.

What protective measures do your staff follow?Our team wear face masks and follow social distancing and hygiene requirements at all times, including at the back of house. Our team is trained and regularly briefed on Covid-19 requirements.

Have you introduced any other safety measures to guard against Covid-19?We have a series of measures in place to protect the wellbeing of all our guests. These include: the provision of disposable masks and hand sanitizer across the facility; an online ticketing system to reduce queuing; physical barriers between guests and ticketing staff; encouraging contactless payment; electronic devices for ordering food and drink in the lounge; limiting the number of guests within each cabin; and ensuring the regular disinfection of frequently touched areas.
